At the Heart is partial planning, designed for couples who have already started their wedding planning and need help finalizing the details. We’ll review and organize everything you’ve completed so far, making sure no detail is missed. Perfect for the busy couple looking for support to optimize their time and assist with specific areas of the planning process, including wedding day management.
This package is available only after you have begun planning your wedding.
Wedding Coordination
Perfect fit for couples who want to plan their wedding, work with vendors, and design their theme but need expert hands to bring it all together. In the final month, we step in to tie up loose ends, confirm vendor details, and manage logistics. On the wedding day, we handle everything so you can enjoy the moment. What is the difference between Partial Planning & Full Planning?

It also includes managing the timeline as the wedding day approaches and ensuring smooth execution with day-of coordination.
Full wedding planning, on the other hand, is a comprehensive service for couples seeking professional support throughout the entire process. From creating a vision and design concept to sourcing and booking all vendors, this service covers every detail. What is the average cost of a wedding?

What happens during the initial consultation?

Do you have rentals?
We have a selection of curated items that are exclusive to our clients.
When do we sign the contract & pay the deposit?
Once you decide to work with us, we’ll provide a contract outlining services, terms, and payment details. A 50% deposit is required upon signing to secure your date, and this allows us to start planning right away!
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are typically non-refundable as they reserve your date. Specific terms regarding cancellations or rescheduling will be outlined in the contract.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we often accommodate installment payments and work with clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure planning your wedding doesn’t disrupt your daily life.
